Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration, increased strength, boost to your mood and reduced stress strain on joints.

Join us on Tuesday and Friday at 11 a.m. in the St. Mary’s Whitechapel Parish Hall for a little stretching - which is as challenging as you want or need.

Chair Yoga is a free service for everyone in the broader Northern Neck Community. No pre-registration required. Just drop in.
