Hammack-Hayden Scholarship

The Charles Louis Hammack Scholarship Fund was announced in October 1989. Following Mr. Hammack’s death in December 1988, the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church established the Fund in his memory. In 2013, the Scholarship was renamed the Hammack-Hayden Scholarship, in honor of a lifetime member, Eleanor Brent Hayden. Mrs. Hayden served as chairman of the Scholarship Committee for many years.

The annual scholarships are provided from investment income and designated gifts to the Hammack-Hayden Scholarship Fund. They are a tangible means for our church to encourage students and to continue Trinity’s original mission to care for children.

The following are current Scholarship Committee members:

Nan A. Alga

Nancy G. Chilton

Jane M. Dunaway
